Garden City, N.J. -- Sabre Real Estate Group said that Beth Lamport has joined the firm as executive VP.

Previously a director at Breslin Realty, Lamport also was a broker at Polimeni Realty and spent more 20 years as a marketing executive at Federal Department Stores, which owned Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Filene’s and Stern’s and now is known as Macy’s Inc.

Cherry Hill, N.J. -- Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust said that Bobby’s Burger Palace is now open at Cherry Hill Mall, in Cherry Hill, N.J.

Acclaimed cef Bobby Flay’s BBP joins Bahama Breeze, California Pizza Kitchen, Maggiano’s Little Italy and Seasons 52 along the mall’s Bistro Row, facing Route 38 near the new Nordstrom.

New York City -- Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, the U.S. division of Tesco, has opened its first Fresh & Easy Express store, at La Cienega Boulevard and 18th Street in Los Angeles.

The new format is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. versus the 10,000-sq.-ft. footprint of a standard Fresh & Easy. It features an edited selection of some 2,700 SKUs, including fresh foods, baked items, groceries, and health and beauty items.
 

San Francisco -- Willams-Sonoma’s PBteen brand will open its first-ever pop-up store in Natick Mall, Natick, Mass., Nov. 4.

Addison, Texas -- Coyote Management announced the formation of a new marketing solutions company called Coyote Creative.

With the addition of the new company, the mall owner and manager has expanded its services to include marketing solutions to individual companies, regional malls, lifestyle projects and open-air shopping centers.

The new company will be headed by Kymberley Scalia, corporate director of marketing, and Lindsey Willis, marketing coordinator.
 

Boston -- Grossman Development Group said Friday that Mark Hebert has joined the company as VP development. 

Hebert was previously project development manager for WS Development. Prior to WS, Hebert spent nearly 10 years at BJ’s Wholesale Club, starting as a store planner and becoming a site development manager.
 

New York City -- Macy’s said Thursday that it will a full-line Bloomingdale’s in Glendale Galleria in Glendale, Calif., in fall 2013.

The 120,000-sq.-ft., two-level store will headline an upscale redevelopment of the center being planned by its owner, General Growth Properties. The top two floors of the former Mervyn’s location will be entirely remodeled by Bloomingdale’s, with construction expected to begin in 2012.

Seattle -- New York City, Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Seattle, top the list of the strongest retail real estate markets, according to Colliers International’s “Third Quarter 2011 North American Retail Highlights” report. The weakest markets include Phoenix, Detroit, Atlanta and Las Vegas, which continue to experience vacancy rates at or above 15%.
