Bed Bath & Beyond, Stein Mart ink leases for North Point MarketCenter

Alpharetta, Ga. Atlanta-based Cousins Properties said Monday that anchor tenants Bed Bath & Beyond and Stein Mart have signed leases for a combined 75,000 sq. ft. of space in North Point MarketCenter.

Both retailers are slated to open during second quarter 2010, joining Target, Babies “R” Us, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshall’s, PetSmart and Regal Cinema.

In addition to its lease agreements with Bed Bath & Beyond and Stein Mart, North Point MarketCenter recently celebrated the opening of Kirkland’s, the retailer’s fifth metro Atlanta location and its third store at a Cousins center.
