Biltmore Park Town Square welcomes four new tenants

1/25/2010

Asheville, N.C. Biltmore Farms and Crosland announced Monday that three new stores and a new dining venue will open their doors in the mixed-use urban center in the coming months.

Cuisines Laurier, The Natural Home, Constance Boutique and The Wine Loft recently announced plans to join Biltmore Park’s mix of office, residential, retail, entertainment and restaurant tenants.

Cuisines Laurier, a custom cabinetry manufacturer, will open its first United States showroom in early April.

The Natural Home, a longtime fixture in downtown Asheville, N.C., will move this March. The relocation will allow the owners to broaden their offerings and extend their focus on bed and bath items.

Also relocating from its original location in Biltmore Station is Constance Boutique, which will open in late January. The boutique will offer clothing, shoes and accessories from labels including Diane von Furstenberg, Citizens of Humanity, and Marc by Marc Jacobs, among other designer lines.

The Wine Loft will soon add to Biltmore Park’s restaurant scene. The venue, which currently has two other locations in North Carolina, features a sophisticated ambiance, innovative wine and food pairings, and a focus on dedicated customer service.

Biltmore Park Town Square is a $204 million, mixed-use regional destination in south Asheville that features national anchors along with local flavor, from shops and restaurants to an art gallery and spa. The town center offers a state-of-the-art, 65,000-sq.-ft. YMCA; a Regal Cinema with stadium-style seating and 15 screens; Barnes & Noble; REI; and the 165-room Hilton Asheville.

The 42-acre master plan co-developed by Biltmore Farms and Crosland includes 285,000 sq. ft. of specialty retail and restaurants, 270,000 sq. ft. of Class-A office space, and an urban residential component comprised of 274 Class-A apartments, condominiums and townhomes, which are now selling and leasing.
