  • Sears says 'I do' to Tutera bridal jewelery line

    HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. -- Sears announced that it has partnered with wedding and entertaining expert David Tutera for the debut of the David Tutera Bridal Jewelry Collection. All settings in the Eternal, Heirloom, Radiance and Legacy designs, of which the premiere collection is comprised, will be available at Sears stores nationwide as well as online at http://www.Sears.com/DavidTuteraJewelry beginning Feb. 1.

  • Sherwin-Williams launches paint line with HGTV

    CLEVELAND -- Sherwin-Williams announced that it is partnered with the lifestyle television network HGTV to launch "HGTV HOME by Sherwin-Williams," an exclusive line of interior paint and painting supplies in the second quarter of 2011. The licensing partnership includes eight unique color collections, durable and low-odor paint manufactured by Sherwin-Williams, as well as an array of smart tools designed to help consumers enjoy the perfect painting experience, the company reported.

  • Green laundry bag good for the "situation"

    LOS ANGELES - The makers of the Green Garmento laundry bag announced they have teamed up with Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino of "Jersey Shore" fame to promote their eco-friendly all-in-one reusable drycleaning and laundry bag. GTL now also means "Green The Laundry."

    According to the company, the Green Garmento can be used as a hamper forsoiled clothes, a duffel bag for carrying the clothes to the laundry or drycleaner and a hanging garment bag to protect cleaned clothes.

  • Office Depot to sell Japan business

    BOCA RATON, Fla. - Office Depot announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Office Depot Japan business to Kakuyasu. The transaction also includes an agreement for Kakuyasu to license Office Depot’s trade names, obtain sourcing services and continue to support Office Depot’s global customers in Japan. Kakuyasu is one of the fastest growing and leading multi-channel businesses in Japan with FY 2009 sales of $775 million.

    Office Depot Japan was established in 1996 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Office Depot Inc.
