  • HSN to offer designer exclusive

    ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — HSN announced that on Sept. 21 and 22 it will debut an exclusive collection from designer Adam Lippes.

    Lippes Love ADAM collection will feature sleek button down blouses, modern wide-leg pants, printed dresses, fur-trimmed outerwear, embellished skirts and cropped jackets, HSN reported.

  • Versace coming to H&M

    STOCKHOLM — H&M announced that it is collaborating with Versace for its autumn 2011 designer collection. Designed by its creative director Donatella Versace, the exclusive collection will look back to the vibrant heritage of the brand, full of leather, print, colour and exuberance in exclusive materials at fantastic H&M prices, according to the company. The collection will include ranges for women, men and selected pieces for the home. It will be available from Nov. 17 in around 300 stores worldwide, as well as on-line.

  • HSN to offer exclusive collection from award-winning interior designer

    ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — HSN announced that it will offer an exclusive collection of home decor from award-winning architectural and interior designer and design television host Vern Yip.

    The HSN exclusive Vern Yip Home collection will feature his signature, unique design lotus and medallion (a symbol of his family's history and design aesthetic) available on a bedding line, the company reported. The collection will also include furniture, window treatments, rugs, lighting and decor items.

  • P&G and Walmart provide a teachable TV moment

    The latest installment in the dramatic collaboration between Procter & Gamble and Walmart is set to air this Saturday on NBC at 8 p.m. EST. The made-for-TV family movie called “Field of Vision” involves the topical subject of bullying, and in keeping with prior films offer viewers a heavy dose of morality.

  • Gap Inc. wraps up a deal with Diane von Furstenberg

    SAN FRANCISCO — Gap Inc. announced that Diane von Furstenberg will design a collection for the GapKids and babyGap brands. The collection is expected to be available for purchase to customers in March 2012 through GapKids and babyGap stores in almost 30 countries including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, France, China, Japan and Australia as well as online in 75 countries.

  • Klum brings New Balance exclusive to Amazon

    NEW YORK — New Balance has partnered with supermodel Heidi Klum for a new line of women's footwear to be sold exclusively on Amazon.com, beginning this month.

    "We all need a good pair of sneakers whether its for running to the gym or running to the store," said Klum.  "I have extended my line with New Balance and designed a few stylish pairs of sneakers. Very exciting!"

  • Sears Holdings charges up DieHard sales with new deal

    HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. — Sears Holdings announced that it has reached a license agreement with Dorcy International, which will allow Dorcy to sell DieHard-branded alkaline/rechargeable batteries and flashlights to retailers in the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

  • Skechers puts foot in sporting goods

    MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif.  — Leading footwear retailer Skechers USA has announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with Street Flyers LLC to produce sporting goods and safety gear collections for children and young adults. Both collections are planned to launch in toy and mass market retailers throughout the United States and Canada in spring 2012.
