White Castle becomes 'Night Castle' in summer promotion

Night Castle
White Castle is running a late-night summer promotion.

As the days grow longer, White Castle is expanding its hours and offering special deals to nocturnal diners in its loyalty program.

Starting on the Summer Solstice, Friday, June 20, the fast-food hamburger chain is introducing new hours, branded merchandise and discounts through its Craver Nation Rewards loyalty program designed to meet the needs of late-night (and early-morning) eaters.

According to White Castle, 91% of its storess are now open until 1 a.m. or later and 72% are open 24/7 — the highest level of late-night operating hours the retailer has offered since 2020.

In addition, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily through Sunday, Sep. 7, members of the White Castle Craver Nation Rewards loyalty program have access to two exclusive offers. These are a $6 “Cheesy Cravings Meal” featuring four cheese sliders, three cheese sticks, a small fry and a small soft drink; and $5 off all in-app delivery orders.

The Night Castle promotion also includes new themed merchandise available exclusively at White Castle’s online store HouseOfCrave.com. The limited-edition lineup, available beginning June 20, includes a Night Castle baseball jersey and T-shirt, as well as a Night Castle table pong set (with cups included) and popcorn buckets.

White Castle initially launched House of Crave in December 2019 featuring an assortment of company-branded gift items. In addition to the same coffee and mustard that are served in its restaurants, White Castle’s holiday merchandise included an ugly holiday sweater created in partnership with the Ugly Sweater Store, as well as socks, hats, lunchboxes, mugs, and ornaments.

"White Castle has always been there for our cravers when it matters most — even when the clock strikes midnight and beyond," said Jamie Richardson, VP at White Castle. "Night Castle isn't just a moment in time — it's a state of mind. Whether it's summer nights, weekend outings or just a craving that won't quit, we're proud to be the place people turn to for craveable flavor, great value and unforgettable memories."

White Castle, America's first fast-food hamburger chain, opened in 1921. Based in Columbus, Ohio, the family-owned business owns and operates about 340 restaurants as well as a retail division providing frozen hamburgers in retail stores nationwide.
