  • Banana Republic brings new style to Virgin America

    SAN FRANCISCO and NEW YORK — Virgin America's flight crew is getting a little more stylish, thanks to a new partnership with Banana Republic. The retailer has designed the uniforms for the airline's 2,000 in-flight and airport teammates, and pilots.

  • Macy’s wins preliminary injunction against Martha Stewart

    New York -- Macy's on Friday won a preliminary injunction against Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia that would prevent it from selling some of its products at the chain.

    Macy's Inc. sued Martha Stewart Living in January after J.C. Penney acquired a 16.6% stake in Martha Stewart Living and announced plans in December to open Martha Stewart mini-shops beginning next year. Macy’s said that it had exclusive rights to certain categories of the Martha Stewart brand until 2018.

    New York -- Lord & Taylor has entered into an exclusive partnership with Lifetime’s Project Runway for the television shows’ tenth anniversary season.

    The partnership includes an exclusive retail sponsorship for the season and a comprehensive integrated marketing program.

  • Heineken USA brings historic Mexican beer to the States

    WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Heineken USA announced that it has brought Indio, a dark beer that has been sold in Mexico since 1893 to the United States. The beer is now available in 6-pack and 12-packs at locations throughout Chicago,Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
