Key Food Stores personalizes promotions; offers alcohol cashback

A regional East Coast grocer is increasing its digital targeting of shoppers while offering them increased savings opportunities.

Key Food Stores Co-Operative Inc., which operates family-owned and operated supermarkets across eight East Coast states, is leveraging the Swiftly app and web platform with integrated alcohol cashback solutions.

The retailer selected Swiftly in an effort to simplify its technology stack and deliver personalized digital engagement to drive loyalty, create new revenue streams from advertisers, and strengthen long-term competitiveness.

Swiftly provides turnkey, enterprise-grade solutions built for regional and independent grocers, designed to help them compete head-to-head with larger competitors. The platform is also developed to drive greater app adoption, increase digital circular interaction, and generates incremental return on ad spend (iROAS) for CPG advertisers.

Key Food’s banners will begin rollout of Swiftly technology in the coming months. Other notable retailers participating in the vendor’s real-time alcohol cashback program include include Circle K and Save Mart, as well as 7-Eleven.
