    Campbell’s Chunky soup, the official soup sponsor of the NFL, has enlisted Seattle Seahawk Pro Bowl cornerback Richard Sherman as the face of the 2014 “Mama’s Boy” campaign.

  • Ugg teams with NFL star for omnichannel campaign

    New York – Vertical specialty apparel retailer Ugg for Men is launching a global omnichannel advertising campaign in partnership with NFL quarterback Tom Brady. The campaign, “This is Ugg,” launches Sept. 2 and features a series of three 60-second video spots that will air on YouTube and TV.

    The campaign will also feature a concurrent print component. Los Angeles-based M&C Saatchi served as creative agency.

  • McDonald’s launches omnichannel NFL promotion

    Oak Brook, Ill. – As official NFL restaurant sponsor, McDonald's is launching the national McDonald's Tailgate Photo Sweepstakes. McDonald's customers can use QR codes on McDonald's medium beverages with NFL-themed packaging to access exclusive online NFL Now video content.

    Customers can also use QR codes on McDonald's medium fries to access the McDonald's Pick The Play Sweepstakes and enter for the chance to win NFL-related prizes – including a trip for two to Super Bowl XLIX in Arizona.

  • 3M announces partnership with Hendrick Motorsports

    A new partnership with Hendrick Motorsports has 3M off to the races. The company has signed a three-year contract to become the primary sponsor of NASCASR driver Jeff Gordon’s No. 24 car, starting in 2015.
     
    The brand will use its sponsorship — which includes 11 Sprint Cup races every year — in product launches and promotions.
     

  • Kids Foot Locker, CP3 team up for new ad

    As the start of the school year gets closer, Kids Foot Locker has joined forces with Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul, widely known by fans, media and fellow athletes as CP3, to promote the store’s line of Jordan products.
     
    A new commercial, produced by BBDO and slated to start airing on children’s networks Aug. 8, features Paul taking photos with young basketball players wearing Jordan gear.
