  • Belk teams up with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders

    Belk has entered into a three-year partnership agreement with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC). The agreement includes endorsements, appearances and numerous co-branded marketing initiatives.

    During October, Belk will also be the exclusive provider of the iPromise clothing line for the benefit of Susan G. Komen outside of the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops.

  • Skechers signs long-distance runner Kara Goucher as brand ambassador

    Skechers was not always a brand one associates with running, but times are changing. The brand’s performance division has signed long-distance runner Kara Goucher to its Performance Elite Team.

    The multi-year agreement names Skechers Performance Division as Goucher’s official footwear sponsor and will feature the world-class female runner in global marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • GNC takes school-based health & wellness campaign online

    GNC is launching a month-long fundraising and awareness campaign for Run With US! at more than 5,000 GNC stores and online at GNC.com.

    Run With US! is a curriculum-based health and wellness program that brings elite track and field athletes and aspiring Olympians into the classroom to demonstrate how exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand with goal setting and self-esteem.

  • Dunkin’ Donuts launches interactive promotion in New York

    Canton, Mass. - Dunkin' Donuts, has launched “FinDD Eli”, an interactive on-the-cup instant win game available in the New York metro area. The peel-and-reveal game will be featured on specially marked medium and large iced beverage cups at participating Dunkin' Donuts restaurants, while supplies last

  • Post taps U.S. soccer stars as brand ambassadors for Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles

    As part of a competition between Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles to see which cereal is more popular with fans, Post Foods announced two professional American soccer players to grace its cereal boxes. Omar Gonzalez of the Los Angeles Galaxy will join WWE star John Cena on Team Fruity, while Olympic gold medalist and forward of the Portland Thorns, Alex Morgan, will join basketball star Kyrie Irving on Team Cocoa.

  • Pepsi teams up with Prince Royce

    Pepsi is teaming up with multi-platform recording artist Prince Royce artist in a year-long, multi-faceted deal that includes support of his U.S. summer tour and a national ad campaign.

    Earlier this year, Pepsi and Prince Royce teamed up to surprise New York fans with a free performance the week leading up to Super Bowl XLVIII. In addition, Prince Royce appeared in a Pepsi intermission spot that aired during this year's 56th Annual Grammy Award show.

  • Dr Pepper scores with soccer initiative

    It may not rival the FIFA World Cup, but there’s nothing bigger than the Dr Pepper Dallas Cup when it comes to international youth soccer tournaments in the United States.

    Now in its 35th year, the recently concluded youth tournament crowned winning teams from throughout the world who competed in eight age classifications. Other big winners at the event were eight U.S.-based community organizations who each received donations of $5,000 in sports gear on behalf of the winning teams.

  • Mars Chocolate rolls out M-Ball

    Mars Chocolate has rolled out the M-Ball, a peanut M&M's-shaped twist on the traditional soccer ball. The vibrant ball started making the rounds in the United States on April 15, and it comes at a time when soccer fandom is reaching an all-time high, the company said.
