  • Royal Properties inks three Orange County, N.Y., deals

    New York -- Royal Properties has announced three lease signings in Orange County, N.Y. — two with Miracle Ear and one with Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts.

    Miracle Ear has signed a seven-year lease with a five-year option for 1,500 sq. ft. at Wallkill Plaza in Middletown. Royal Properties and Rand Commercial Services were the brokers in the transaction. Wallkill’s co-tenants include Big Lots, Ashley Furniture, Hobby Lobby, Papa John’s, Texas Roadhouse and Boston Market.

  • Domino’s delivers strong Q3 results

    Ann Arbor, Mich. – Domino’s Pizza, Inc. reported significant increases in net income, revenues and same-store sales during the third quarter of fiscal 2013. Net income was up 17.9% for the third quarter compared to the prior year period, from $26 million to $30.6 million.

  • Winick brings three new tenants to Flatbush Avenue

    New York — Winick Realty Group has negotiated leases bringing three new retailers to the Flatbush Avenue retail Corridor in Brooklyn, N.Y.

    Starbucks, Game Champ and Cohen’s Fashion Optical will all open doors at 395 Flatbush Avenue Extension, a full-block retail site anchored by Applebee’s and McDonald’s.

    Winick represented landlord Rabina Properties in all three transactions.

     

  • Bar Louie opens new location in Arlington, Texas

    Dallas — Bar Louie has opened a new location in south Arlington, Texas. It will be the brand’s second north Texas location.

    The grand opening will host a four-day blowout bash starting Oct.17. In addition to $2 signature martinis, Bar Louie will offer all guests a free appetizer or flatbread just for stopping by.

     

  • Dunkin’ Donuts looks to expand California presence to 1,000 locations

    Canton, Mass. -- Dunkin’ Donuts announced it is expanding to California's Central Valley and Central Coast, including Fresno, Bakersfield, Sacramento and Santa Barbara, Calif. The company is recruiting qualified multi-unit operators to open both traditional restaurants and a wide range of non-traditional venues, including colleges and universities, casinos, military bases, supermarkets, airports and travel centers. Over time, Dunkin' Donuts plans to have as many as 1,000 restaurants throughout the state.

  • Red Robin to open in Hagerstown, Md.

    Greenwood Village, Colo. — Red Robin Gourmet Burgers has announced the grand opening of a Hagerstown, Md., restaurant next to the main entrance of Valley Mall.

    The casual dining restaurant chain operates and franchises more than 480 Red Robin restaurants across the United States and Canada.

     

  • Checkers/Rally’s selects Cardfree platform for end-to-end digital solution

    San Francisco -- Cardfree, a mobile commerce provider to large merchants, announced that quick-service restaurant chain Checkers/Rally’s will leverage its full commerce platform to provide consumers with a complete mobile experience.

  • Riverwalk names outlet tenants

    Dallas and New Orleans — The Howard Hughes Corp. has announced the tenant lineup for the redevelopment of Riverwalk Marketplace in New Orleans. The $70 million renovation is transforming the aging mall into The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk, the nation’s first downtown outlet center.

    According to Hughes Corp., virtually all of the space in the new Riverwalk has been committed, and well-known national outlet retailers and popular local retail, dining and entertainment offerings hold 94% of the leases.
