A lineup of five new retailers will be opening at Westchester’s Ridge Hill in early spring, according to the New York City-area project’s developer Forest City Ratner Cos.
Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, White House | Black Market, The Limited and Vera Bradley will open around the same time as Lord & Taylor, slated to debut in mid-April.
“We are delighted to be adding these five fashion retailers to our already exciting mix of stores, which have been drawing thousands of shoppers from Yonkers and throughout Westchester County and the greater metropolitan area since we opened officially in mid-October,” said Kathy Welch, senior VP for retail development at FCRC.
The five tenants will occupy approximately 21,000 sq. ft. and will be located in the Town Square. Previously announced Brio Tuscan Grille – with its first restaurant in the greater metropolitan area – is slated to open March 3, and Texas de Brazil, also new to the area, opened in January. Vera Bradley is another first for Westchester County.
The 1.3 million-sq.-ft. Westchester’s Ridge Hill offers a mix of uses designed to attract a regional audience. The upscale retail offerings combine with dining and entertainment uses, positioned in a classic downtown-like setting.
