  • Manhattan Associates posts ‘strong’ Q2

    ATLANTA — Leading supply chain commerce solutions provider Manhattan Associates reported total revenue of $102.5 million in the second quarter of 2013, compared to $93.6 million in the second quarter of 2012. 

    License revenue was $16.1 million in the second quarter of 2013, compared to $15.3 million in the second quarter of 2012.

    Gander Mountain, the nation’s largest retail network of stores for hunting, fishing, camping and marine products and accessories, is turning to Manhattan Associates to help it enable its omni-channel strategy.

    Gander will use Manhattan Associates' enterprise order management and store inventory and fulfillment solutions to create a seamless experience for its customers across all channels by giving them a single view of inventory and letting them control how and when they take delivery of Gander merchandise.

  • Gander Mountain selects Manhattan Associates for omni-channel

    St. Paul, Minn. -- Manhattan Associates said Monday that outdoor chain Gander Mountain has selected its Enterprise Order Management and Store Inventory & Fulfillment solutions to help drive omni-channel enterprise transformation.

    Gander is using the Manhattan solutions to create a seamless experience for its customers across channels with a single view of inventory, and to allow Gander shoppers to control how and when they take delivery of Gander merchandise.

  • Supply chain firm names VP business development

    Alain Poirier has joined Tompkins International as VP business development.

    In his new role, Poirier will identify opportunities and develop solutions to ensure that clients achieve their business objectives, according to a Tompkins statement. Poirier previously held various executive and sales leadership positions for companies such as Aldata, Sterling Commerce (IBM), TrueDemand (Acosta), and Manhattan Associates.

  • Asda selects Manhattan Associates solution to manage e-commerce business

    New York – To help manage its rapidly growing e-commerce business, Walmart’s Asda division in the United Kingdom has selected multiple components of Manhattan Associates supply chain solutions portfolio known as Scope.

    Asda Direct, the retailer’s general merchandise ecommerce operation, will deploy the supply chain solutions within several distribution centers across the United Kingdom and leverage the Manhattan Associates Supply Chain Process Platform.
