C-Suite Moves: December update

Here are the major C-suite changes that occurred in December, in the order they were announced. (All changes have already taken effect unless otherwise noted.)

The new owners of Paul Stuart — private investment group Middle West Partners and Peerless Clothing Inc. — tapped John Hutchison, former chief executive officer of Bonobos, as incoming CEO. 

Joe DePinto, who served as CEO of 7-Eleven Inc. (SEI) for more than 20 years, retired as of the end of 2025. Stanley Reynolds, president of SEI, and Douglas Rosencrans, executive VP and COO of SEI, are serving as interim co-CEOs until a successor is named.

The chief marketing officer of Pandora, Berta de Pablos-Barbier, took the reins of the company as CEO on Jan. 1, 2026.

PGA Tour Superstore named Rebecca Charles as chief customer officer.

Calvin McDonald will  step down as CEO and board member of Lululemon Athletica Inc., effective January 31. Lululemon CFO Meghan Frank and chief commercial officer André Maestrini will serve as interim co-CEOs while the company searches for a new leader.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. appointed Nora Gomez as chief merchandising officer. She most recently served as the chief merchandising officer for Nebraska Furniture Mart.

Marcus Lemonis retired as CEO of Camping World, effective on Jan. 1. after more than two decades at the helm. Lemonis is succeeded in the role by Camping World president Matthew Wagner.

1-800-Flowers  named Alexander Zelikovsky as chief information officer. He most recently served as executive VP and global CIO at technology company Pitney Bowes.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. appointed Glen Cary as chief of stores.

Katie Wagner was named chief commercial officer of footwear brand Toms. Previously, she spent more than 16 years at Crocs in a variety of positions, including VP of Americas wholesale

Sleep Number Corp. tapped Amy O’Keefe as CFO, succeeding interim CFO Bob Ryder, who was appointed to the position following the departure of former CFO Francis Lee.
