Amazon Pharmacy offers full Spanish-language customer experience
Spanish-speaking customers have a new customer service option from Amazon’s full-service online pharmacy.
Amazon Pharmacy is now fully available in Spanish, offering customers an end-to-end Spanish-language experience from reading medication information to speaking with a pharmacist 24/7 and managing a family's medications. Artificial intelligence chat support also available in Spanish at any time.
Every delivery includes prescription documentation in Spanish, with orders delivered nationwide directly to customers' doors. No additional setup or Prime membership is required. This capability builds on Amazon’s longtime offering of Spanish-language shopping and browsing on its e-commerce site and mobile app.
"Everything we build at Amazon Pharmacy starts with making it easier for customers to access affordable medications and manage their health with confidence," said Bethanie Baynes, director, customer experience and partnerships, Amazon Pharmacy. "With the full experience now available in Spanish, millions more customers can see their costs upfront, understand their prescriptions, reach a pharmacist for support any time of day, and have their medications delivered to their door — all in the language they're most comfortable in."
Amazon Pharmacy offers free nationwide prescription delivery for all customers with same-day delivery in more than 3,100 U.S. cities and towns, with plans to expand to nearly 4,500 by the end of 2026.

To order prescriptions through Amazon Pharmacy, customers ask their healthcare provider to send a prescription directly to Amazon Pharmacy, just as they would with any pharmacy, and receive free delivery to their doorstep. Prime membership is not required to use Amazon Pharmacy's full-service digital pharmacy or receive many of its benefits.
Customers who have Spanish set as their language preference on Amazon.com will automatically see Amazon Pharmacy in Spanish and can update their language preference at any time from the navigation bar on Amazon.com or via the pharmacy section of the Amazon site.
