Wayfair continues to expand its brands in brick and mortar.

The online home furnishing giant’s Perigold banner has opened its second store, a nearly 30,000-sq.-ft., two-level location at City Place in West Palm Beach, Fla. The opening follows the luxury brand’s brick and mortar debut earlier this year, in Houston. It also comes as Wayfair is expanding its namesake brand with a large-format concept.

The West Palm Beach store is designed to mirror Perigold’s online experience. It houses more than 150 luxury home brands across furniture, décor and lighting, with many products available to take home or ship within a week. The layout includes styled vignettes, dedicated collaboration areas for designers and clients, and spaces for events and community programming.

Unique to the West Palm Beach store is a dedicated sleep center, where customers can explore premier bedding in a boutique-like setting. The store also offers an expanded assortment of kitchen appliances, offering shoppers the chance to experience luxury kitchen design solutions firsthand.

“West Palm Beach is a vibrant and fast-growing market, and our customers here are already deeply engaged with Perigold online,” said Rebecca Ginns, global head of Perigold. “By opening a store in CityPlace, we’re making it even easier for design-savvy shoppers and professionals to discover, experience, and collaborate with us in person.”

Developed and owned by Related Ross, CityPlace is an open-air center that includes diverse mix of experiential retail and culinary offerings, the largest concentration of public art installed by a private company in Palm Beach County, educational programming and modern residences

“We’re proud to welcome one of only two Perigold brick‑and‑mortar locations to CityPlace, underscoring the evolution of downtown West Palm Beach’s retail experience,” said Webber Hudson, executive VP of retail and asset management at Related Ross. “As West Palm Beach emerges as one of the most dynamic markets in the country for national brands, Perigold’s arrival reflects the city’s vibrant, style-driven community and will resonate with both visitors and residents.”

Boston-based Wayfair generated $11.9 billion in net revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025. Its brands include Wayfair, AllModern, Perigold, Birch Lane, Joss & Main and Wayfair Professional.
