Craft & Hobby Association names Kerri Wickersheim VP of Marketing Communications
ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. —The Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) today announced the appointment of Kerri Wickersheim as vice president of Marketing & Communications effective April 1. Wickersheim will oversee efforts focused on increasing awareness to the Association’s member base of activities and efforts designed to ensure success and growth within various creative vertical markets.
“It’s thrilling for us to be adding such a dynamic marketer to our team,” said Andrej Suskavcevic, president and CEO of CHA. “Kerri brings more than 15 years of marketing leadership and education, with 10 years focused on the craft and hobby industry. Her experience and passion for the industry is a perfect match for this organization and our mission.”
Wickersheim’s duties will include:
Continuing efforts to ensure CHA exists as an environment conducive to its members’ business success;
Developing effective marketplaces and networks for the crafts industry;
Enhancing consumer awareness of and participation in crafting;
Bringing awareness to members about the wide range of CHA products, programs and services available to them;
Building relationships from consumers, designers and educators to retailers, manufacturers, and media outlets; and
Continuing to strengthen the connections between the Association’s various creative markets.

Wickersheim is a long-time member of the crafting and hobby community and most recently held marketing positions within Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and Bernina’s Sewing Supplies Division. She is a former CHA Board member and a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg, Ill.
