Newegg runs TikTok holiday sale
Newegg Commerce Inc. is participating in a seasonal TikTok promotion.
The online consumer electronics retailer is taking part in the TikTok Shop Holiday Deals promotion. This sale event is being held on the recently launched TikTok Shop U.S. e-commerce platform from short video platform TikTok.
As part of the TikTok Holiday Deals promotion, Newegg’s TikTok Shop storefront is featuring more than 1,300 deals, accessible via the Newegg TikTok channel or from the Showcase tab on the profiles of over 10,000 TikTok creators.
The sale, available now until 11:59 p.m. PST on Saturday, Dec. 16, offers deals from Newegg as well as digital coupons and discounts from TikTok for up to an additional 30% off.
TikTok creators can feature products in their videos and livestreams to earn commissions for each product sold through their Showcase, which is integrated with Newegg’s TikTok Shop. Newegg also shares video shopping ads and livestreams with links to purchase products directly within the TikTok app.
According to Newegg, its best-selling products on TikTok are Xbox wireless controllers, headphones, computer monitors, and earbuds. Newegg was among the first North American brands to join and sell through TikTok Shop when it initially opened.

Other holiday promotional efforts by Newegg during the 2023 season have included the October FantasTech Sale II, which kicked off the retailer’s Extended Holiday Return Policy; as well as its Techtober Sale series of online sales events, also held in October. .
