Marshalls is providing women in-person and digital access to resources, tools, and community.
Partnering with actor and producer Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Marshalls will host its first-ever “Good Stuff Social Club” in New York City, Friday, Oct. 20 – Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023. Jonas designed a masterclass about what it means to “get the good stuff” in life, from finding self-worth to building the confidence to go after personal ambitions, the retailer said.
In addition to the masterclass, "Lessons for Getting the Good Stuff in Life: A Masterclass with Priyanka Chopra Jonas," the two-day event will feature a range of interactive learning and networking opportunities, as well as programming and curated seasonal fashion displays throughout the space.
Sessions at the free event are offered first-come, first-serve to those who sign up, and will also offer digital tools and resources via Marshalls’ Instagram and TikTok accounts. All happenings from the program will be posted on social media with the official event hashtag #MarshallsGoodStuff.
The off-price retailer is a relative newcomer to digital commerce, having rolled out its online and mobile e-commerce site in September 2019.
"Marshalls has always believed that women deserve access to the good stuff in life - not only in our stores but everywhere it matters to them", said Victoria Shonkoff, VP, marketing director, Marshalls. "We're launching the Marshalls Good Stuff Social Club to further our mission of giving women access to the resources, communities, and opportunities they need to create the life they want and deserve."
“It’s not always easy to find a community of women who want to lift each other up and go after what they deserve,” said Chopra Jonas. “I'm thrilled to join so many amazing women as we come together, share what we’ve learned along the way, and hopefully empower each other to go after every ambition.”
Headquartered in Framingham, Mass., Marshalls is a banner of TJX Cos. and offers over 1,100 stores spanning 48 states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico.
