Japanese Haute Cuisine opening in Nolita
New York -- Douglas Elliman's Retail Group said Monday it has arranged a lease at 55 Spring Street, between Lafayette and Mulberry Streets, for Eight Turn Crepe, a Japanese-based restaurant chain.
The opening marks the quick-serve chain’s U.S. debut.
The space was previously occupied by Choco Bolo. -
Actor Patrick Dempsey's group wins bid for Tully’s
Seattle -- TC Global Inc., which operates 47 Tully’s Coffee Shops, announced that it is a step closer to exiting from bankruptcy with the sale of its assets to Global Baristas, the investment group led by actor Patrick Dempsey, star of television’s Grey's Anatomy.
