Gopuff is kicking off its collectible drops with Pokemon cards.

Gopuff is entering the increasingly crowded trading card market and deepening its partnership with pro football legend Tom Brady.

Gopuff is unveiling a new drop feature offering high-demand, limited-quantity products at a set time, delivered in as fast as 15 minutes, with a release of Pokemon trading cards. Every Friday through Dec. 11, the on-demand delivery platform will release select Pokémon products through limited weekly drops for six weeks.

Each drop will also feature a “Hit of the Week,” presented in partnership with CardVault by Tom Brady, the sports card and memorabilia retailer backed by former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady. Gopuff launched a multi-year partnership focused on product development and content creation with Brady in 2024.

Customers can set an alert to receive a notification as soon as the drop goes live and add products to their cart ahead of time so they’re ready to check out when the drop begins. Once the drop goes live, checkout opens, allowing customers to complete their purchases while supplies last.

Each drop has its own destination in the Gopuff app, where fans can preview upcoming products and shop as soon as they become available. Orders on the gopuff site and app are fulfilled from nearby Gopuff micro-fulfillment centers for delivery in as fast as 15 minutes.

The launch builds on what Gopuff says is growing demand for trading cards on its platform. Since debuted the category in the fourth quarter of 2025, Gopuff says trading card sales have climbed 335% to the third quarter of this year.

A number of other retailers are also heavily involved in the digital trading card sales space. eBay officially integrated grading from PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), a trading card authentication and grading company it strategically partners with, and in February hosted a curated selection of Pokemon merchandise and a weekend-long livestream Pokemon event. Walmart has been focusing on selling trading cards via its Walmart Marketplace third-party digital commerce platform since 2025, including authentication services and special events, and GameStop launched a digital trading card platform in April. Target has also hosted exclusive Pokemon events.

“Our goal is to make Gopuff the fastest way to get the internet’s most-wanted products,” said Tyler Stewart, head of marketing at Gopuff. “Our new drops give people something to look forward to, from the anticipation to the reveal, with a few surprises along the way. And the best part? No lines, no waiting for shipping. Just the products you want, delivered in minutes. We’re excited to continue building on this experience, with more iterations to come.”

In other efforts to broaden the scope of its business, Gopuff says it is seeking to expand its role as a build-and-distribution partner for celebrities seeking to develop and scale brands of their own, such as its recently launched partnership with award-winning comedian, actor and entrepreneur Druski.

Philadephia-based Gopuff operates its own micro-fulfillment centers and offers more than 5,000 products delivered in as fast as 15 minutes across the U.S. and U.K.
