Beachwood, Ohio -- Shopping center owner DDR Corp. has installed the third Tesla Supercharger station in its portfolio; the newest Supercharger station is located at Hamilton Marketplace in Hamilton, New Jersey, and represents the third state where a flagship Supercharger station has been activated at a DDR shopping center, following Virginia and Ohio.

Based on current conversations, the relationship could expand to several more locations across the country by year-end, according to DDR.

The Model S is the world’s first premium sedan built from the ground up as an electric vehicle and has been engineered to elevate the public’s expectations of what a premium sedan can be. Model S has received many of the industry’s most prestigious awards and accolades during its first year on the market.

Dramatic growth and purchasing power of U.S. Latino population demands retailer attention

Chattanooga, Tenn. -- CBL & Associates Properties announced the launch of a partnership with Tesla Motors to install Tesla Supercharging stations at several CBL Malls across the country. Tesla is building a network of stations that will eventually enable Tesla owners to drive coast to coast in their electric vehicles.

Chicago -- AWE Talisman and Macerich announced Monday that Fashion Outlets of Chicago will open on August 1 in Rosemont, Ill., featuring Bloomingdale's The Outlet Store, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th and 120 additional brands.

The two-level, 530,000-sq.-ft. outlet mall is the first fully enclosed, multi-level property with this level of amenities in the Chicago area in more than two decades, according to both companies.
