  • Lucky Brand rock revival set for 2016

    A strong roster of rock icons is coming to Lucky Brand stores and wholesale customers thanks to a licensing deal with Epic Rights.

    Lucky Brand will create a new line of tops and headwear that feature artists represented by Epic Rights including KISS, Journey, Def Leppard, Billy Idol, The Doobie Brothers, Jefferson Airplane and CBGB.  The apparel will be sold exclusively at Lucky Brand retail and wholesale locations nationwide and online beginning in spring 2016.

    With Halloween still more than a month away, two of the biggest names in retail have released their lists of the hottest toys this holiday season.

    Target and Toy”R”Us have both revealed their 2015 Holiday Hot Toy Lists, with everything from scooters to Star Wars to the trendiest video games.

  • $350 million Liberty Center reveals first group of tenants

    Cincinnati -- The highly publicized mixed-use project Liberty Center, in Cincinnati, Ohio, has just announced its first slate of retail tenants.  

    With a scheduled October 2015 opening, Liberty Center includes more than 800,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurants and entertainment, including a 200,000-sq.-ft. Dillard’s anchor that will be the state of Ohio’s first ground-up Dillard’s store.

  • ProFlowers runs social campaign, pop-up shop

    San Diego – ProFlowers is offering the “Love is a Journey” campaign, on Twitter and Instagram in August. Qualified entrants can post photos of what romance means to them via Twitter and Instagram using #LoveIsAJourney and #ProFlowersSweeps for a chance to win a Princess Cruises vacation.

    Entrants can see their photos at Loveisajourney.proflowers.com. ProFlowers will also run a Paris-themed pop-up shop in the Times Square pedestrian plaza on Broadway between 42nd and 43rd Streets on Aug. 5.

     

  • Keds doubles down on Taylor Swift

    LEXINGTON, Mass. — The Keds division of footwear manufacturer Wolverine Worldwide is back for an encore performance with superstar Taylor Swift.

    This fall, Keds will launch its second footwear collaboration with seven-time Grammy award-winning, multi-platinum singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. The collection expands this season to 17 styles, offering a variety of prints, colors and finishes inspired by Swift.
