$350 million Liberty Center reveals first group of tenants

Cincinnati -- The highly publicized mixed-use project Liberty Center, in Cincinnati, Ohio, has just announced its first slate of retail tenants.



With a scheduled October 2015 opening, Liberty Center includes more than 800,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurants and entertainment, including a 200,000-sq.-ft. Dillard’s anchor that will be the state of Ohio’s first ground-up Dillard’s store.



The 64-acre, 1.2 million-sq.-ft. destination, co-developed by Steiner + Associates and Bucksbaum Retail Properties, will feature among its first group of tenants the following retailers and restaurants:

Liberty Center will also feature a 130-key AC Hotel by Marriott, 75,000 sq. ft. of office space, 240 luxury apartments, as well as entertainment offerings such as Cobb Cinebistro and the Funny Bone Comedy Club.



Liberty Center is located at the junction of the newly constructed $55 million Liberty Way Interchange at I-75 and SR 129 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
