    Tru by Hilton, the hotel chain’s aggressively expanding midscale brand, has opened its newest location in Cullinan’s Streets of St. Charles property.
  • Tru by Hilton destined for Streets of St. Charles

    Hilton Hotels will break ground later this month on a new Tru by Hilton location at Streets of St. Charles, a Cullinan-owned, mixed-use property in the historic Mississippi River town north of St. Louis.   “Since its inception, Streets of St. Charles has been envisioned and developed around the idea of creating a community where there is something for everyone and all would feel welcome to gather and share experiences,” said Cullinan VP and Director of Leasing Kathleen Brill.

    Consumers in the Columbus, Ohio, market will soon have a new option for shopping, dining, working, playing and living.

    “Hamilton Quarter is a truly mixed-use, cohesive development with more than 300 acres of office, multi-family residential, retail, entertainment, hospitality and senior living offerings,” said Jason Freeman, development manager at Columbus-based fully integrated real estate services firm CASTO.

  • New president at Bai Brands

    HAMILTON, N.J. — Bai Brands, makers of a line of all-natural, 5-calorie, antioxidant-infused beverages, has promoted Ken Kurtz to the role of president. Kurtz will be charged with leading the company's sales efforts globally.

    Kurtz sits alongside COO Barak Bar-Cohen and CFO Ari Soroken, who make up the company's executive leadership team.

  • Bacardi names new chief marketer

    HAMILTON, Bermuda — Bacardi Limited has named Andy Gibson chief marketing officer of Bacardi and president of Bacardi Global Brands.

    In these roles, Gibson will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company’s internationally known portfolio of premium spirits brands. He also will serve as a member of the Bacardi Leadership Team and report to Bacardi Limited president and CEO Ed Shirley. Gibson joins Bacardi in late April and will be based at the Bacardi Global Brands headquarters in London.

  • P&G exec joins Signet Jewelers

    HAMILTON, BERMUDA — Specialty retail jeweler, Signet Jewelers, has named a Procter & Gamble executive to its board of directors.

    Virginia Drosos, group president global beauty, skin, cosmetics and personal care for Procter & Gamble, who will retire from this position effective Sept. 1, joined the Signet board on July 25.
