    San Antonio, Texas -- X Team International, an international alliance of retail real estate advisors with expertise in more than 45 major markets throughout the U.S. and Canada, announced that it has welcomed San Antonio-based REATA Real Estate as its newest partner.

  • Dunkin’ Donuts expanding with former NFL players

    Dunkin’ Donuts has signed a multi-unit store development agreement with a franchise group led by two former NFL players.

    The chain said it has signed an agreement with Berliner III to develop 14 new restaurants in St. Louis and two new locations in Kansas City over the next several years. Berliner III is led by NFL greats and former University of Nebraska football players Kris Brown and Zach Wiegert, who have teamed up with David Scott to develop a third market.

  • Georgia will be running on Dunkin

    Dunkin’ Donuts is expanding big time in Georgia.

    The chain announced that 46 new restaurants will be developed throughout Georgia over the next several years, with six franchise groups.

    The company also said remains on track for the development of 410 to 440 net new Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in the U.S. in 2015.

    Currently, there are more than 150 Dunkin' Donuts restaurants located throughout Georgia.

  • Dunkin’ brewing up aggressive growth

    Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t letting lackluster sales in its most recent quarter stand in the way of store expansion.

    The coffee chain, a division of Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc., on Thursday said it is on track to add between 410 and 440 net new U.S. stores this year. The expansion represents greater than 5% net new locations.

    Globally, the company -- which also owns Baskin-Robbins -- expects to open between 615 and 750 net new restaurants across the two brands.

    Dunkin’ Donuts announced new locations as it works towards its goal of opening 410 to 440 net new restaurants in 2015.

    The chain announced multi-unit store development agreements totaling 24 new restaurants over the next several years in Minnesota with two franchise groups, Kod Kod Enterprises, LLC, and existing franchise group, VANTive Group.

  • Dunkin’ Donuts expands in Virginia and West Virginia

    Canton, Mass. – Dunkin’ Donuts is making a big expansion effort in the mid-Atlantic area.

    The coffee chain has signed multi-unit store development agreements with seven franchise groups to develop 51 new restaurants in Virginia and West Virginia during the next several years.
