Here are the major leadership changes that occurred during July, starting with the most recent. (All changes have already taken effect unless otherwise noted.)

In an unexpected move, Andrew Keith, the chief executive of iconic luxury British department store Selfridges, will depart in early fall “to pursue new ventures,” the company said. Andre Maeder, CEO of Selfridges Group, will take on the added responsibilities of CEO of the Selfridges banner following Keith’s exit. (Selfridges Group includes Selfridges in the U.K., De Bijenkorf in the Netherlands and Brown Thomas Arnotts in Ireland.)

Fabrics and crafts retailer Joann said that CFO Scott Sekella departed the business. Jeff Dwyer, managing director, Alvarez & Marsal, will act as interim CFO while Joann searches for a new CFO. In June, the retailer named Alvarez & Marsal managing director Michael Prendergast as interim CEO.

"Hands-free” footwear brand Kizik  appointed Elizabeth Drori as chief marketing officer. She joins Kizik from footwear brand Sperry, where she served as global chief marketing officer and general manager of its e-commerce business.
