Ulta Beauty adds new delivery partner

Ulta Beauty is partnering with Uber Eats.

Ulta Beauty is expanding its roster of third-party delivery partners.

The nation’s largest beauty retailer is now enabling online delivery from more than 1,500 stores via the Uber Eats on-demand delivery subsidiary of Uber Technologies Inc. 

In time for the upcoming Mother’s Day holiday, Ulta Beauty customers across the U.S. can now shop an assortment of beauty and wellness products including makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, tools and devices for on-demand or scheduled delivery.

The retailer has offered same-day delivery through  DoorDash's white-label fulfillment platform, DoorDash Drive, since late 2021. In  2025, it expanded its partnership with DoorDash to provide on-demand delivery from over 1,350 stores across all 50 states.

“At Ulta Beauty, we’re focused on creating seamless, flexible ways for our guests to discover and shop the brands they love — whenever and wherever they need them,” said Jodi Williams, VP of e-commerce at Ulta Beauty. “Partnering with Uber Eats allows us to extend our omnichannel experience, bringing our differentiated assortment of beauty and wellness products directly to our guests’ doors with speed and convenience — whether they’re planning ahead or need something in the moment.”

Meanwhile, in September 2025, Uber Eats brought on Sephora as the first major beauty retailer on its platform and then added Lush Cosmetics in November 2025.

Members of the Uber One paid subscription program can receive $0 delivery fee on eligible orders and other exclusive savings.

"Consumers today are looking for both variety and flexibility when it comes to shopping for beauty products," said Hashim Amin, head of grocery and retail for Uber in North America. "Our partnership with Ulta Beauty makes it easier for customers to discover and shop a wide range of beauty products, all delivered directly to their door, whether they need to refill their skincare essentials, shop for their mom’s favorite perfume for a last-minute gift, or any of the moments in between."

To place an Uber Eats delivery order, Ulta Beauty customers can take the following steps:

  1. Open the Uber Eats app and tap into the “retail” or “beauty” category.
  2. Select thur nearest Ulta Beauty location and browse an assortment of beauty and wellness products. 
  3. Add items to their cart, choose a delivery time and place their order.
  4. Deliveries can be tracked in real time.

Founded in 1990, Ulta Beauty is the largest specialty beauty retailer in the U.S. and operates than 1,500 stores across the U.S. and is also expanding its presence internationally through its subsidiary, Space NK, a luxury beauty retailer operating in the U.K. and Ireland, its joint venture in Mexico, and its franchise in the Middle East.

Uber Eats leverages Uber’s technology and logistics capabilities to partner with 825,000 retailers in more than 11,000 cities globally, with an average delivery time the company says is under 30 minutes.
