Uber Eats, Sephora team up for delivery

Sephora is expanding its accessibility through a new partnership.

A leading delivery service is welcoming the first major beauty retailer to its platform.

Uber Eats and Sephora have partnered to bring hundreds of stores to the platform, allowing customers in the United States and Canada to have on-demand access to makeup, skincare, fragrance, haircare, wellness products and more. As part of the partnership, Sephora Beauty Insider Loyalty members can link their account and continue earning loyalty points on every Sephora order placed through Uber Eats.

Sephora operates more than 700 stores across North America, as well as more than 850 store-in-store locations in the U.S. via a long-term strategic partnership with Kohl’s.

“Today’s consumers want effortless access to their favorite brands – and beauty is no exception,” said Susan Anderson, global head of delivery at Uber “We’re thrilled to welcome Sephora to Uber Eats as our first prestige beauty retailer. This partnership is about meeting consumers where they are and making it easier than ever to access the products they love, whether for gifting, stocking up on essentials, or solving last minute beauty emergencies.”

To order Sephora products through Uber Eats, users simply open the app and select the “Retail” or “Beauty” categories, then search for the retailer. After items are chosen and a delivery time is selected, the order can be tracked in real time.

To celebrate the launch, Uber Eats is offering U.S. customers $10 off their first delivery order of $50 or more until Oct. 30. Uber One members get a $0 delivery fee on eligible orders.
