Sephora, Sally Beauty, MAC Cosmetics partner with DoorDash

Two beauty retailers are expanding their DoorDash collaborations while a third is initiating delivery with the on-demand platform.

Sally Beauty and Sephora are building on established on-demand delivery programs with DoorDash, while MAC Cosmetics is launching a new partnership. Following are details of each collaboration, which marks an expansion of DoorDash’s presence in the beauty vertical that it entered via an agreement with Ulta Beauty in November 2021.

Sally Beauty

Consumers can now obtain delivery of online orders from more than 2,000 Sally Beauty stores across the U.S. on DoorDash. Sally Beauty has also been offering same-day delivery online supported by DoorDash Drive, the DoorDash white-label fulfillment platform, since December 2021. Consumers can will have a $0 delivery fee through May 31, 2024, at all Sally Beauty stores on DoorDash.

Sephora

Building on the same-day delivery partnership it has operated with DoorDash since November 2022, Sephora will soon let members of its Beauty Insider loyalty program take part in bi-annual, members-only sale events using DoorDash delivery.

MAC Cosmetics

MAC Cosmetics is offering on-demand delivery of makeup products, skincare, and other beauty products from all stores across the U.S. via DoorDash.

Sally Beauty Holdings sells and distributes professional beauty supplies globally through its Sally Beauty Supply and Beauty Systems Group businesses. The company operates approximately 5,000 stores, including 141 franchised locations.

Sephora operates more than 600 stores across the Americas. Through a long-term retail strategic partnership, there are over 900 Sephora at Kohl’s store-in-store locations nationwide.

MAC (Make-Up Art Cosmetics) is part of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Since its creation in Toronto, Canada, over 30 years ago, the brand is now sold in over 130 countries/territories worldwide, including through dedicated stores.

Founded in 2013, DoorDash offers deliveries in more than 25 countries.
