A fast-fashion retailer is streamlining workforce management tasks for employees and managers.
Rue21 is implementing Reflexis Workforce Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Employee Self-service, Advanced Analytics & Reporting, and Mobility modules. By rolling out Reflexis labor management solutions, Rue21 seeks to enhance the in-store customer experience while giving associates greater flexibility and input regarding their work schedules.
In addition, Rue21 intends to provide managers and store associates with immediate, on-the-go access to work schedules, including self-service, via the Reflexis mobile solution.
“We chose Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to replace another vendor,” said Mary Blodgett, VP of operations at Rue21. “Reflexis is an experienced partner with an outstanding track record of empowering and engaging associates, while accurately forecasting labor demand.”
Rue21 operates nearly 700 stores in 45 states, as well as an e-commerce site.
Cincinnati-based convenience retailer United Dairy Farmers (UDF) also recently deployed the Reflexis Workforce Scheduler solution to simplify associate scheduling and forecasting. By combining Workforce Scheduler with Reflexis employee self-service and analytics and reporting software, UDF seeks to empower store associates and managers to take more control of scheduling activities. The retailer also intends to gain more insight into store and labor operations, while optimizing labor spend.
