Revolve will offer Fashion Week shoppers one-click omnichannel checkout.
A trendy fashion retailer is streamlining omnichannel checkout on a big stage.
Revolve will offer a one-click experience at its Revolve Gallery pop-up shop during New York Fashion Week, Friday, Sep. 9 to Sunday, Sep. 11. The omnichannel fashion retailer with a millennial and Gen Z customer base is utilizing the Bolt Checkout Links solution to enable Fashion Week shoppers to check out with a single click across online and offline touchpoints.
At the Revolve Gallery during Fashion Week, customers will be able to scan a QR code that immediately directs them to a pre-populated, Revolve-branded checkout page for a one-click purchase. The retailer hopes this will result in higher conversion and reduced checkout friction.
"Revolve is committed to providing a best-in-class, seamless customer experience that always keeps our brand front and center," said Mike Karanikolas, co-CEO and co-founder of Revolve parent company Revolve Group Inc. "We chose Bolt's Checkout Links because it allows us to extend our strong storefront presence with a solution that complements our established brand experience. It gives our customers an easy way to purchase items with one click from wherever they choose to engage with Revolve, online or offline."
"Revolve has always been a digitally savvy retailer putting its customers at the heart of the brand," said Maju Kuruvilla, CEO of Bolt. "We're excited to launch Checkout Links to help Revolve strengthen its relationship with its shoppers and drive more revenue in the busy months ahead. It's so important for all retailers to maximize conversion in every part of their omnichannel strategy."
Revolve launched Revolve Gallery, its multi-room “fashion experience,” at the 2021 edition of Fashion Week in New York City. Revolve intended the pop-up to serve as an immersive, multi-brand exhibition featuring a real-time shopping component and a reimagining of the "front row" experience while engaging with consumers in a new and exciting way.
Following Fashion Week 2022, Revolve plans to roll out Bolt One-Click Checkout on its revolve.com e-commerce site.
