Anthropologie is coming to Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, in a big way.

The brand, a division of Urban Outfitters, will open a 10,000-sq.-ft. flagship on the mall’s expanded first level. It is expected to open in time for the holiday season.

CVS Pharmacy is bringing its CVS Pharmacy y más to the Los Angeles market.

The retailer first debuted the concept, designed to provide enhanced, personalized service to the local Hispanic community, in June 2015, in Miami, opening 12 stores. Nine stores in the greater Los Angeles market will have the new format.

Restaurant operator Johnny Rockers is celebrating its 30th anniversary year — and reaching out to millennials — by giving itself a brand refresh.

The chain is best known for its 1950s diner look, complete with jukeboxes filled with oldies songs and dancing servers dressed in nostalgic soda-jerk uniforms. But it’s rolling out a new prototype that includes a much more modern-looking exterior and interior, a new logo, a more contemporary music soundtrack, and new uniforms for associates. Also on the bill: a self-serve ordering kiosk for to-go orders.

Regency Centers, in partnership with SoCore Energy and several of its retail partners, is outfitting two of its shopping centers in California with solar photovoltaic systems.

Regency announced the installation of over 750 KW of rooftop solar photovoltaic systems at Persimmon Place, in Dublin, and East Washington Place in Petaluma. Combined, the systems include approximately 2,500 modules and are expected to produce over 1,200,000 kilowatt hours of clean and renewable electricity each year.

Mid-America Real Estate Corp.’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Oak Brook Court. Tampa, Florida-based Third Lake Capital acquired the 103,836-sq.-ft. property for $19.95 million. Oak

Brook Court is located at the northeast corner of Kingery Highway (Illinois Route 83) and 16th Street in Oak Brook Illinois, part of the Chicago metropolitan statistical area. The center is anchored by Binny’s Beverage Depot, Office Max and The Great Escape.

Sundance continues to expand its retail footprint.

The lifestyle retailer will open a store at Southlake Town Square, an open-air center in Southlake, Texas, on Thursday, April 14, 2016. The opening will give Sundance, which also sells online and via catalog, a total of seven brick-and-mortar locations.

Preit has executed a lease that will bring Dick’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream to Viewmont Mall, Scranton, Pennsylvania.

The dual store format concept will replace the existing Sears at the property in 90,000 sq. ft. of space. Sears will close this July, with Dick’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream scheduled to open for business for Holiday 2017.

The outdoor apparel retailer plans to open a flagship on Fifth Avenue, in the space formerly occupied by Canadian fast-fashion merchant Joe Fresh, the Real Deal reported.

The retailer signed an eight-year sublease from Joe Fresh for approximately 20,000 sq.ft. at Vornado Realty Trust’s landmarked building at 510 Fifth Avenue, according to the report. The space includes three levels of retail.

The North Face is also looking for a larger space in Manhattan’s SoHo area, the report said.
