P.F. Chang’s expanding take-out store format

P.F. Chang’s is responding to ongoing demand for take-out.

The Asian-themed restaurant chain has opened a P.F. Chang’s To Go location in Flower Mound, Texas, continuing the expansion of the concept. To date, the company has opened two other To Go locations in Texas, along with five in New York, three in Chicago and one in Florida. More P.F Chang’s To Go locations are in the pipeline, with more than 10 openings slated for the year. The company also plans to expand into more suburban areas amid the growing popularity of take-out.

Launched in 2020, P.F. Chang’s To Go features a much smaller footprint than the company’s full-scale restaurants. The format gives the company access to high-density metropolitan communities and also provides convenient option for online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery. The décor incorporates P.F. Chang’s bold murals. The curated menu features the brand’s most well-known items.
