New York -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ruled against Abercrombie & Fitch in favor of a Muslim woman who filed a lawsuit after she was denied a job at a store operated by the retailer because she wore a head scarf for religious reasons. The ruling sends the case back to a lower court for further consideration.

Philadelphia -- Five Below will grand open a distribution center in Oldmans Township, New Jersey, on June 3, with shipping out of the new 1 million sq.-ft. center beginning in July.

Located in Pedricktown, N.J., the center will replace the company's existing 421,000-sq.-ft. facility located 12 miles away in New Castle, Delaware. Five Below will occupy approximately 700,000 sq. ft. of the facility to start, with plans to grow to a million square feet over time.

Boston -- Online home furnishings and décor retailer Wayfair announced that Jeremy Delinsky has joined the company’s leadership team as chief technology officer.

Delinsky joins Wayfair with more than a decade of leadership experience, formerly serving as CTO and, most recently, chief product officer at athenahealth. Delinsky will report directly to Steve Conine, Wayfair’s co-founder and co-chairman.

Denton, Texas - Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. is releasing new information about a data breach that occurred at varying times between March and April 17, 2015, its second in less than a year. Criminals are believed to have used malware deployed on some Sally Beauty POS systems, which may have put payment card information of customers at risk.

Deerfield, Ill. -- Walgreens Boots Alliance  announced Friday that Tim Theriault, the company's executive VP and global CIO, will step down for personal reasons, effective June 1. Theriault will continue to serve as a consultant to the company and as a senior advisor to executive vice chairman and acting CEO Stefano Pessina on a range of issues, including cyber security. Anthony Roberts, senior VP, international CIO, will  assume the role of senior VP, global CIO.

Arlington, Va. – As part of the Department of Energy’s ongoing efforts to increase energy efficiency in buildings across the country, the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) was recently awarded a three-year $750,000 grant to support its Retail Energy Management Program.

RILA was one of eight recipients of the DOE’s total $6 million investment.

Minneapolis - Edward "Jack" Cameron, who served as CEO of Appliance Recycling Centers of America Inc. (ARCA) from 1976 to 2014, has been reinstated as CEO. Private investment firm Isaac Capital Group LLC (ICG), the largest single shareholder of ARCA with a 12% stake, backed Cameron’s return.

Cameron replaces Mark Eisenschenk, who had served as ARCA president since July 2013 and CEO since August 2014. ICG has also nominated new members to the company's board of directors, replacing the majority of the old board.

Goodlettsville, Tenn. -- Dollar General Corp. on Thursday named Todd J. Vasos, COO, to the position of chief executive, effective June 3. He has also been elected to the board.

Vasos will succeed Rick Dreiling, chairman and CEO, who had previously announced his retirement plans. Dreiling will remain on the board for the remainder of his term and will serve as senior advisor and chairman of the board through January 29, 2016.

The election of Vasos to Dollar General’s board will bring the total number of directors to nine.
