Meijer gets in on ship-to-store trend
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Just a few months after launching its Doorstep Grocer program, Meijer is allowing its online shoppers to order items and have the merchandise shipped to a local store at no cost.
The new Order-to-Store program allows shoppers to designate which Meijer store they would like to use as their pickup location. Once the order is received by the store, the customer will receive email notification that their items are ready for pickup.

Kohl's takes its cause to the kitchen
MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. -- Kohl’s announced that Food Network has created for the retailer a new line of Kohl's Cares cause kitchen merchandise that will be available exclusively at Kohl's Wisconsin stores and at Kohls.com.
The line will include table top and food prep items, as well as cooking utensils priced at $5 to $10 each. According to the company, 100% of the net profit will be donated to support the fight against breast cancer. The line will be available through the end of July.
