Toys'R'Us gets early start on Thanksgiving sale
WAYNE, N.J. Toys"R"Us announced that, for the first time ever, its stores nationwide will open their doors at 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving night to welcome enthusiastic Black Friday shoppers for a 24-hour savings extravaganza.
The company said it will kick-off the Thanksgiving weekend sale with 10 p.m. "doorbuster" deals on more than 150 items until 1 p.m. on Nov. 26. Fifty more doorbuster specials will be available beginning Friday at 5am until 1pm. Toys"R"Us said it will also have an online preview of more than 60 unadvertised "Mystery Deals" on Toysrus.com and Facebook.com/Toysrus at 12:01am on Tuesday, Nov. 23, which will be available in-store only between 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving and 1 p.m. on Friday.
