Target to Put on Model-less Fashion Show

Minneapolis, Target Corp. plans to debut its fall and winter fashions without using real models or even clothing, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The report said Target will stage a fashion show using holograms projected in a section of Grand Central Terminal in New York City on Nov. 6 and 7. The retailer will repeat the show every 10 minutes from noon to midnight the first day and 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. the second day. It also plans to post a video of the show on YouTube, Facebook and its Web site.

Target will promote the show with ads in various publications starting Wednesday and it expects that more than a million people in New York will view the holographic show, the report said.
