Sears adds DVDs to 'reward' program

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. Sears Holdings announced that it has extended its book reward program to include certain DVDs.

Similar to the book program, when customers purchase a qualifying DVD on Sears.com, Target.com, Amazon.com or Walmart.com, they get a credit of up to $10 toward a purchase of $45 or more on Sears.com.

"We're constantly looking for unique ways to help customers stretch their dollars further and get more for less during this holiday season," said Imran Jooma, senior vice president for Online at Sears Holdings. "This program takes the successful books reward program and extends it to must-have DVDs."
