Pep Boys announces new service for Philly commuters
PHILADELPHIA Pep Boys announced that it is working in conjunction with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and Titan, the leader in transit advertising, to offer an "On-the-Go" service to local train commuters. Any weekday morning, customers can complete a service request form at the Warminster station in Philadelphia and securely drop off their keys. A Pep Boys representative from the nearby Warminster store will pick up the vehicle, coordinate the completion of the services required and ensure the vehicle is ready for pick up at the station at the end of the day.
"Out-of-home media -- especially transit media -- is a great way to promote this unique service to commuters in Warminster," said Pep Boys' director of marketing Scott Stoughton. "Titan has been a great partner in this effort, not only furnishing us with dynamic, eye-catching bus ads, but also creating custom drop boxes for the secure and safe collection of our customers' keys."
