Kmart to honor African-American women in Feb.

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. Kmart is paying tribute to African-American women throughout the month of February through its "Share the Word" campaign.

According to Kmart, the campaign will feature promotions on various beauty and wellnes products, a dedicated Web page at www.kmart.com/sharetheword) and updates on the retailer's Facebook and Twitter pages.

On Feb. 8, comedian Steve Harvey helped kick off the campaign with a visit to the Kmart store in Atlanta, Ga.
