Books-A-Million celebrates customers in April

4/1/2015

Books-A-Million is trying to increase brand loyalty with two new omnichannel marketing campaigns celebrating customers.

During the month of April, the retailer will host Customer Appreciation Month. The campaign kicks off with Educator Week on April 4 and wraps up with Geek Week, which will offer Stars Wars events and comic book giveaways.

“Books-A-Million has great customers and we are excited to have an entire month dedicated to giving them these special events and giveaways,” said Misty Fontenot, SVP of operations for Books-A-Million. “From Star Wars fans to teachers, Customer Appreciation Month truly has something for all of our customers. We strive to give them the best and Customer Appreciation Month is a part of that.”

The teacher celebration starts with an Educator Week kickoff event from 12-4 pm on April 4 and ends April 10. Books-A-Million Educator Card holders will save 25% on select in-store items purchased during the week.
