The under-construction mixed-use development being built by The Zuckerman Group a quarter of a mile east of I-75 on Bonita Beach Road has announced the signing of leases with eight brands that include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panera Bread, Club Pilates, Noire the Nail Bar, and Bonita Beach Wine & Spirits
