  • Tutti Frutti Yogurt leases restaurant space at Regency Centers' Legacy Center

    Frisco, Texas -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space to Tutti Frutti Yogurt, which will open a 1,412-sq.-ft. store at Legacy Center, in Frisco, Texas.

    The specialty frozen yogurt retailer is slated to open its new store in July.
    The 119,500-sq.-ft. shopping center includes national retailers such as Starbucks, Subway, Great Clips and The UPS Store.

  • Report: CVS to pay $858K over inflated Rx claims in Indiana

    Indianapolis -- Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says the state will get $858,000 from CVS Pharmacy to settle allegations that the company overcharged Medicaid programs, the Associated Press reported.

    The amount represents Indiana's share of a $17.5 million settlement reached last week with 10 states and the federal government.

  • Zale extends maturity of some debt

    Dallas -- Zale Corp. is extending the maturity of $120 million of its credit facility by more than two and a half years, the Associated Press reported.

    The portion being extended includes a seasonal adjustment of $20 million. The debt was set to mature Aug. 11. Now, it matures on April 30, 2014.

    Zale said Monday that commitments under the facility remain at $650 million, including a $108 million seasonal adjustment. All commitments mature on the new date in 2014.

  • Borders bonus plan for executives gets OK

    New York City -- Borders Group won approval of an amended executive bonus plan after a judge sought changes to resolve objections from an arm of the U.S. government that oversees bankruptcies, Bloomberg reported.

    Judge Martin Glenn of U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan said the amended bonus packages, which tie the $6.6 million in payments closer to the financial performance of Borders, were needed so Borders could "maintain its experienced work force."

  • Stop & Shop to launch checkout app that puts items in electronic shopping cart

    New York  City -- Three Stop & Shop stores in the Boston area on Monday will launch a software app from ModivMedia that allow customers with iPhones to scan grocery items and add them to an electronic shopping cart, The Boston Globe reported.
