  • Winick adds broker team in Cranford, N.J.

    New York -- Winick Realty Group has welcomed the broker team of Alison Cohen and Susan Preisler to its New Jersey branch, in Cranford. Cohen and Preisler have been partners for more than a decade, starting up a retail division at Hirschman Realty before moving to Vanguard Realty.

    As a team, they specialize in leasing regional shopping centers, a specialty they plan to continue as part of Winick, working with both landlords and tenants.

    New Albany, Ohio -- Abercrombie & Fitch reported weak net and comparable store sales and laid out plans to restructure its Gilly Hicks brand as part of a strategic review in advance of releasing its full results for the third quarter of fiscal 2013.

    Vancouver -- Loft, a division of Ann Inc., will open its first Canadian West Coast location, at The Village at Park Royal, in Vancouver, on Nov. 15.

    Since its arrival in Canada last year, Loft has opened five locations across Ontario and introduced international shipping.

    Lands’ End will offer free shipping to all customers on purchases more than $50 as part of its standard customer offerings. U.S. customers will also have the option to upgrade to two-day UPS shipping for $5.

    Montreal -- Canadian footwear retailer Groupe Yellow has selected the Epicor Retail Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to support the organization’s retail operations. Yellow has also signed on as the first SaaS customer to deploy Epicor Retail Sourcing and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as a hosted solution.
