Indochino making big investment in standalone retail — here are locations
Indochino is betting on physical retail locations to expand its brand.
The digitally-native made-to-measure apparel company plans to open ten new showrooms across the United States. Six locations are confirmed for early 2027 (locations listed at end of article), with four additional showrooms slated to open in mid to late 2027. The locations will feature the company's new smaller footprint, which is less than about 1,000 sq. ft.
Each location will feature one-on-one styling with Indochino’s “style guides,” premium fabric selection and made-to-measure suiting (for men and women), shirting and outerwear. Customers can review hundreds of fabrics and customization options, choosing everything from lapels and linings to buttons and monograms, before having their garments crafted to their exact measurements and delivered directly to their door.
Indochino said its expansion plans come on the heels of six consecutive quarters of positive EBITDA, underscoring the financial strength behind to decision to further invest in its signature no-inventory appointee based physical retail model. The company currently operates roughly 93 showrooms across the U.S. and Canada.
“This is the largest investment we've placed on standalone retail in years, and it is the start of a new small format approach to our retail network, one we think we can expand for a decade," said Drew Green, president and CEO of Indochino. "Our customers keep telling us they want the Indochino showroom experience closer to home and the consumer data we have gives us the confidence to deliver our showroom experience to more geographies, in a format that provides unique value to the communities and stakeholders we serve."
In February, the company launched its 2026 wedding program. For wedding parties of three or more, the updated program features structured bundle pricing and streamlined coordination through dedicated showroom support
Indochino’s confirmed early 2027 locations are:
•Cherry Hill, N.J.;
•Columbia, Md.;
•Ross Park, Penn.;
•Brea, Calif.;
•Roosevelt Field, N.Y.; and
•Boca Raton, Fla.
The remaining four locations will be announced in the coming months as site selection and lease finalization wrap up.
