Five NBA arenas deploy next-gen Amazon 'Just Walk Out' shopping platform

It also uses continuous self-learning and transformer technology, a type of neural network architecture that transforms inputs such as sensor and image data into receipts for checkout-free shopping.
To shop, customers simply tap a credit card or mobile wallet to open the gates, take what they want, and exit the store.
With these new stores, Just Walk Out technology now powers more than 100 stores in sports stadiums across the U.S., UK, Australia, and Canada
The full list of NBA arenas with stores enabled by Just Walk Out technology is below (bolded are new in 2024):
- Gainbridge Fieldhouse (Indiana Pacers): two stores.
- Spectrum Center (Charlotte Hornets): two stores.
- Crypto.com Arena (Los Angeles Lakers): four stores (two are new in 2024).
- Scotiabank Arena (Toronto Raptors): three stores (one is new in 2024).
- Paycom Center (Oklahoma City Thunder): one store.
- TD Garden (Boston Celtics): two stores.
- United Center (Chicago Bulls): seven stores.
- Fiserv Forum (Milwaukee Bucks): one store.
- Moda Center (Portland Trailblazers): four stores.
