Netflix has unveiled the second location of its immersive entertainment/retail concept.

Netflix House has opened at the Galleria Dallas, a MetLife Investment Management property. It comes on the heels of the first-ever Netflix House, which opened in November at King of Prussia shopping center in the Philadelphia suburb of King of Prussia. A third location is scheduled to open in 2027, at BLVD on the Las Vegas Strip.

Spanning more than 100,000 sq. ft., Netflix House Dallas is designed as a entertainment destination where fans can "explore, taste, play and shop" their favorite shows and movies in real life. Visitors can enter the venue through the mall on the second floor, or from the mall parking lot through the iconic Red Envelope entrance, a nod to the company’s DVD-by-mail origins.

The striking exterior entrance is framed by a mural, created  by local artist Jeremy Biggers, which showcases an original Netflix character mash-up. The entry opens into an expansive atrium filled with 3D art and larger-than-life art installations and photo opportunities inspired by fan favorite characters and stories, including a nod to the Lone Star State. A large “Red Light, Green Light” installation from "Squid Game" looms over the space.

Visitors can dine at Netflix Bites, a casual, full-service restaurant serving comfort food and cocktails — but with entertaining twists playing on popular Netflix shows and movies.  .

The space features a retail shop, Netflix Shop, that features exclusive Netflix-branded local merchandise, along with collectibles, apparel, lifestyle pieces and more inspired by popular shows on Netflix.

Ticketed Experiences

While Netflix House is free to enter and explore, visitors who want to take a deeper dive into the worlds of popular Netflix shows and movies through “feature experiences" will need a ticket. The experiences include "Stranger Things: Escape the Dark" and "Squid Game: Survive the Trials."

There is also a game room, Netflix RePlay, packed with physical challenges, immersive story rooms, and retro-style games.

Ticket prices at vary depending on date, time  and the activity or feature experience. Tickers for the "Squid Game" and "Stranger Things" experience, for example, start at $39. Refillable game cards for the game room start at $10.

"Dallas is the perfect place for Netflix House,” said Marian Lee, Netflix's chief marketing officer. "Everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes its fandom. Our team has taken a lot of thought and care to ensure that Netflix House Dallas offers something for everyone - whether they have 30 minutes or three hours, we welcome locals and out-of-town fans to come explore what's inside and discover something new each time they come back."
