Kids Foot Locker unveiled its reimagined store concept at Bay Plaza Shopping Center in New York City's Bronx borough.

Foot Locker has opened its first standalone Kids Foot Locker “reimagined” store.

Located at Bay Plaza Shopping Center in New York City’s Bronx borough, the new store is designed to immerse a younger generation in sneaker culture. Spanning more than 3,300 sq. ft., the outpost is 60% larger than the average Kids Foot Locker.

The store scales the elements of Foot Locker’s reimagined store concept, which made its NYC debut in August.

With a goal of providing an an intuitive, family-friendly shopping experience for all ages, the new Kids Foot Locker is merchandised by brand, size and age group. It features a communal try-on area (with some of the fixtures have been brought down in height and scale to make it proportional for young shoppers), complete with an activity table.
