Casper Sleep streamlines e-commerce checkout

Casper Sleep Inc. is making customer dreams of one-click online checkout come true.

The direct-to-consumer bedding and furniture company is leveraging the Bolt API-based, modular checkout solution to provider customers on its e-commerce site passwordless login and seamless checkout. Working with systems integrator Fēnom Digital, Casper was able to upgrade its existing online checkout experience and user interface that is currently hosted on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

By offering streamlined, one-click checkout, Casper hopes to enable customers to conveniently manage orders, have a personalized shopping experience, and receive loyalty rewards.

Casper, which was acquired by Durational Capital Management LP in 2022, pioneered the mattress-in-a-box concept and is credited with helping to reenergize the entire mattress category. The company has expanded its offerings beyond mattresses in recent years to include pillows, bedding, furniture and more.

Its products are available at a variety of retailers, ranging from Sam’s Club to Target. In July 2021, Casper opened its first in-store shop, at Bed Bath & Beyond’s flagship in New York. In addition to its own e-commerce site, the brand also operates 72 stores.

Forever 21 completes online checkout upgrade

Fast-fashion retailer Forever 21 recently deployed seamless one-click checkout on its e-commerce site and app using the Bolt checkout experience platform. Leveraging the Bolt solution, Forever 21 enables shoppers to have a seamless, one-click checkout experience on its e-commerce site, including brand-new customers who have never shopped at the retailer’s online store before.

The retailer automatically recognizes shoppers who create a Bolt account by their email or phone number. This allows customers to save information once and subsequently check out without ever having to enter a password, payment, or shipping information again. In addition, the Bolt solution extends to mobile checkout.
